I am writing to inform you of the measures we have undertaken in response to the COVID-19 situation.

As a responsible business, we are adhering to the information and advice shared by governmental and health authorities in order to ensure that our employees, their families, our clients, and the wider communities remain safe during this time.  This is our top priority.

Meetings with clients, intermediaries and other stakeholders are continuing along the lines of business as usual, however, where possible and practical we are questioning whether such meetings need to be taking place face to face. Where appropriate we are working to communicate by telephone, video-calling, email, etc.

As a professional business, we are also committed to maintaining the high level of services that our clients and intermediaries have come to expect from working with Vantage. In recent days, and on a daily basis, we have been re-evaluating our Business Continuity Plan, as well as re-assessing relevant working practices and policies to ensure that our response is proportionate to the latest information available.

Management have been working on stress testingthe infrastructure and safeguards that we have in place to enable staff to work remotely, together with our ability to conduct client communication.

We are confident that our systems are robust and we foresee no loss of business continuity. We feel that we are well-placed to ensure that all ongoing client needs can be serviced effectively and we are committed to ensuring this continues to be monitored as the events surrounding the Coronavirus infections evolve.

The Vantage Group is committed to supporting all local and UK initiatives to restrict any impact of COVID-19 on our business.
